VLC Crash

Hi,
I am having troubles with the VLC player on iPhone 4. It was working perfectly, until when I updated the version. After that, if it does not have any files it open up the VLC dashboard. But as soon as I download any file into the software using iTunes, the app crashes every time. Please advice.

I'm having the same issue since upgrade to iOS 7. App opens fine without any files but crashes as soon as anything is transported onto the iPad. Uninstalling and clearing app data then reinstalling didn't solve the problem either.

Hope this gets fixed... it's one of my main uses!
