VLC 2.0.6 Checksum Does Not Match

The checksums for vlc-2.0.6, vlc-2.0.6-intel32 and vlc-2.0.6-intel64 do not match. After downloading the .dmg files I ran the following command for each of them:

openssl sha1 foo.dmg

None of them returned the value listed on their respective download web pages.

As a test I downloaded the latest .dmg for GPGTools and took the Sha-1 checksum on it. It returned the correct value according to gpgtools.org. So, it appears the problem is not on my end.

It seems one of the mirror is not correct. Which one did you use?

VLC Mirror Test Results

I downloaded the VLC-2.0.6-Intel64.dmg image and accompanying VLC-2.0.6-Intel64.sha1 file from each of the US mirrors listed here http://get.videolan.org/mirmon/. I then calculated the SHA1 checksum for each image locally. Here are the results:

As you can see, only DefaultRoute has a problem. Their west coast and east coast mirrors have the same checksum. Neither of them agree with their stated SHA-1 checksum, however. The DefaultRoute NYC .sha1 file at least agrees with the .sha1 file of all other US organizations.
