libdvdcss.pkg not available on videolan website

Hello,

Handbrake is asking me for libdvdcss.pkg but it seems no more accessible on videolan website, I get 404 not found error with the following link:
http://download.videolan.org/libdvdcss/last/macosx/

Did you remove it intentionally or is it an issue?

I don't know what happened but I've got a copy of that file in my hard drive and I've upload it to my server, hope it helps.

I have just installed the pacakage and now handbrake is working fine.
By the way, I wonder if videolan people removed intentionally the link to the package or not.

I don't think they did it on purpose (because of the 404 page and the package is still online but not for OS X).

omG Edouardo THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! I have been struggling with this for a week trying to get the pkg but having the same problem. I have a flight to Australia in 2 days and have been freaking out because I haven't been able to put my legally purchased dvd collections on my ipad, lol. Thanks to both of you for saving my trip and my mind!!!

Is there any way an install libdvdcss.pkg could be created for OS X for libdvdcss version 1.3.0 ?

There doesn't seem to have been a libdvdcss.pkg created since libdvdcss version 1.2.12 (back on January 27 2013, I believe)

In 2015 and libdvdcss version 1.3.99 we still haven't any installer for Mac or Windows for libdvdcss.

Hope, the VideoLAN Team provide soon the installer or a detailed instruction / How to?

I would also like to see a .pkg installer for libdvdcss v1.3.99. The last one was for v1.2.12, which was uploaded over 2 years ago. I'm not familiar enough with the CLI to know if it's possible to build a .pkg from the files that are made available on the VideoLAN website. Could someone from the VideoLAN team let us know why no newer installer has been released?
