I have checked preferences - inteface - hotkeys and there is nothing about magic mouse hotkeys and x-asis.
How to --please stay polite-- turn off this owful hot keys of short forward and back rewinding

Preferences -> Show All -> Interface -> Hotkeys settings -> Hotkeys
