v 2.0.2 issue opening VCD

Behavior:
-Unable to open VCD movie via File/Open Disc. The disc appears in the list and it appears to be trying to read it but shows a yellow triangle next to the disc in the list.

-But content will open with contextual menus (ctrl-click on \MPEGAV\xxxx.DAT). Thanks you to the member who posted about the issue previously

-The disc will open using \File\Open disc and selecting VCD in version 1.0.3 on same system. Did

Environment:
OSX 10.7.4, VLC 2.0.2 64 or 32 bit
MacBook Pro 2.2GHz Core 2 Duo
Cleared and VLC prefs from \Home\Library\Preferences and \Home\Library\VLC and reinstalled different version builds for 32 and 64 bit today
Disc name: "gelbab aby 11,12"

Could you insert the disk and open the URLs (in the open network tab) "vcd:///dev/rdisk1" and "vcd:///dev/rdisk1s0"? Does one of these work?

I am having this same problem. No, these network options don't work either. This is infuriating. The disk worked in the old version, but not the new.

Wait: I did an advanced open file & chose the .dat file in the MPEGAV folder. That worked.
