New interface ???

Hi everybody
Playlist and video are on the same window with a button to switch. How can I separate this two windows like olds VLC version ?

Preferences -> Interface

Deselect "Show video within the main window"

i just installed the 2.0.1 update, deselected "Show video within the main window" and videos then appeared in a separate window as expected. i then set deinterlace, lua interface to http, save prefs, then quit vlc to test whether the options stuck...

video is now missing:-( audio plays, so i reselected "Show video within the main window" still no video:-( from previous sad experience i ran the delete prefs app, which did fix the missing video, and setting deinterlace prefs to on now sticks (my main concern) but now the "resize interface to native video size" does not stick, very annoying:-\
