Video Windows Size in VLC Mac

Hello all,

I'm looking for the parameter I can use to force VLC to not resizing the MP4 I want to play in keeping the proportion of my original video.

I saw that when I play a HD MP4 on my Mac Book Pro... the video windows is on the bottom of the screen, 2/3 are hide.
I tried to modify the video parameter in the advanced setting but no change...

Could somenone help me... I just want that the video size play on the screen, with right proportion, but not in the full video size. If I want to enlarge the video, I double click and I watch it in full screen...
