How to delete "other" files (movies) from iPad without VLC

Postby rschoonderbeek » 20 Mar 2011 14:35

Hello,

I find a lot of solutions on how to delete movies from an iPad.

But I have a problem that is unique. My iPad crashed, I don't have a backup in iTunes and no way to install VLC again without jailbraking the iPad.
I wil not jailbreak my iPad because I have payed apps on it and they wil stop working.

So my question is, how can I delete the movies wich stayed behind on the iPad without VLC installed? VLC is no longer available from the store :(

I can see them in iTunes as 5,5Gb of "others". Have have no apps installed yet.

Regards.

Have you found a solution to get your video files off w/o VLC? I also have a similar issue where VLC was removed by iTunes *grumble....grrr* and I think my video files are still there not being able to be deleted. I also don't want to JailBreak my iPad either, so I would appreciate hearing a solution if you found one :)
