Where is "Icecast"?

I am used to VLC on Windows and Linux but the Mac version of 1.1.7 seems a bit different.

When I go to Open Capture Device, Check Streaming then Setttings..., Stream, I am only offered HTTP, MMSH, UDP and RTP as stream types. I don't want any of these. I want Icecast.

Am I missing something? Where has Icecast gone?

I am able to stream to Icecast from the command line, just not from the GUI.
