Improvement to VLC Contrib

Hi,

on December 2, Jean Baptiste update the Contrib tree with an MPC libmpcdec as I shown here

Howerver I think that Jean forgot the following line:

Can you fix it?

Sorry, it was only on 1.2 branch. It is now backported to 1.1
