QuickTime VS VLC Problem

Hi
I have Mac & Windows both, I have private stream link

If I try to play in windows in quicktime i get nothing but green screen, in vlc in windows it works but get stuck a lot, not buffer.

in mac in quicktime stream works totally fine, and in mac vlc same problem as windows picture on screen is like mixed up and audio is cutting lil bit

and a I have another stream, which can only be played in vlc, I worked likes a charm in windows vlc stream and it doesn't work in mac vlc
please help
