Controller Appearing When Switching Applications

Postby Silks » 15 Aug 2009 15:41

Hey folks,
Is it possible to bypass VLC's default behavior, wherein the full screen controller appears every time I switch to the app?
It's OK for the controller to appear when I move the mouse, but I would much prefer it stayed hidden when I merely command-tab to VLC.
As a subtitle translator, I switch back and forth thousands of times during work, and the controller is quite intrusive.
Thanks!

Regrettably, that's not possible. However, you can disable this controller completely (uncheck "Show Fullscreen Controller" in the "Interface" section of VLC's preferences) or just move it to a different location on your screen.
