Are you talking about subtitles embeded in the MKV or as a separate file?

PS Please use a more descriptive subject line, such as "How to play audio and subtitles in MKV?". This helps everyone. - thanks :)

And for subtile i switched to Off.
I quit the movie
I re-open the movie and the audio was in jap?
And my subtile was on?
What should gonna do?

As soon as you have selected a new subtitle from the video menu the correct subtitles should be displayed in the video. The same goes for selecting the audio track from the audio menu. If this is not working, then let us know.
