cant play avi and wmv at regular speed
ever since i installed vlc when it first came out to current--i have to slow almost all movies down 1 or 2 clicks--and,of course, i lose the sound. the effect is i always see movies in slow motion!this is the message i get: ffmeg:more than 5 seconds of late video dropping frame(computer too slow?) i have an imac--use netscape or safari--have used all versions of quicktime and vlc--btw--i cant make wmc work at all--i get message that its not a movie--really weird--thanks for help!!

i stated above exactly what the message i get using vlc with an imac ox10.4.6 . have been getting this message ever since i started using vlc--plz help--what more info is needed?? thanks!
