When I pause a video the audio stops but video continues.

This is only a problem with a couple of video files.
When I pause the video, the audio stops, then video carries on for a few seconds and then pauses.
This is not fun when trying to make screencaps.

Any suggestions?

its always done that for as long as i can remember with a few of video's, some of mine pause right, some do like you said
