With a dvb-voltage about 13V(vertical) and about 18V(horizontal) you tell the LNB which polarization to use.
If the voltage at the coaxial cable, which reach the LNB, is beyond the operating range, the LNB won't work propper.
How does your splitter work, was he designed for this task?
Does it work if you use 3 standalone DVB-S receiver with your splitter?
1. i said that i use voltage 13
2. sure YES
i try

3. standalone DVB-S receiver (THINK yes becouse i try home standalone DVB-S receiver on 4 out of splitter and it works with voltage 0 or voltage 13)
so i try other things
test 1
4 cards, 1 splitter, vlc, os linux 2.6.21.1
1 card set vlotage=13 result work
2,3,4 set voltage=0 result don't work
if 1,2,3,4 cards set voltage=13 result don't work (vlc always restart after
1-3 seconds and says that can't tune)
change differents splitters same result
i stand 1 dvb card to other pc result same!
