This is really trivial but I have to ask

Does VLC 0.8.0 make screencaps? It doesn't have screenshot listed in the video menu.

I'm currently watching on 0.8.4 due to the (as most of you know) lastest problem Quicktime is causing 0.8.6.

It's playing fine but when i pause it to make the screencap the pause symbol stays in the corner of the window and is included on the screencap. This happens only occasionally on 0.8.0

If I don't pause it and instead go to the menu bar first while the video continues to play, it causes the video to become jerky and distorted as it also does on 0.8.0.

If any one knows any way to stop the pause symbol appearing I will be very greatful.
