Transitions using in VLM

I want to stream a playlist of videofiles with VP8/WEBM to a realtime videostream.
But i want to make seamless transitions between the videofiles (without black screens). For example: video1 is playing the end of the videofile and fade out, video2 start with fading in. I want no black screens between the video files.
Is it possible with VLM/VLC?
