MULTICAST to UNICAST conversion

I have a modified XBOX which does not do multicast and i have a collection of multicast address which have my IP television feed on them.

Is there a way with the VLM control to allow me to connect to a unicast address:port and have VLM redirect a multicast stream from xx.xx.xx.port:20000 to the unicast address, in this way i can just get the xbox to use a simple playlist to allow me to change channels.
