I'm using the telnet interface to schedule a broadcast... unfortunately, playback begins about a minute and a half (maybe a minute and a half exactly) after its scheduled time... is this a known bug?

Err not really. Schedule uses GMT time and is always accurate ... but i doubt that you have a 1'30" difference with GMT. Is your system clock set to the right time ?
