Streaming radio over RTSP

Hi,

I'm trying to stream just audio with the RTSP server of VLC through telnet commands but I it doesn't work. This is my config file :

new radio broadcast enabled
setup radio input dshow://
setup radio option dshow-adev=Realtek_AC97_Audio
setup radio option dshow-vdev=none
setup radio output #transcode{acodec=mp4a,ab=32,channels=2,samplerate=44100}:rtp{sdp=rtsp://10.199.11.74:554/radio}

Is there something wrong, missing parameters, . . . . ?

If this is not possible with VLC, can anybody tell me if there is a solution to stream just audio over RTSP (AAC) ??

I don't care if the solution involves hardware or software or both.
