using VLM for rtsp

I don't really understand how it works.

I just want to broadcast a local video (c:\VIDEO\aaa.mpg) and view it with rtsp

Where should i put a vlm config file ? what is the name I have to give to it ?

I read more and more the documentation but it's not clear

VLM is just a text file that contains series of "commands" that you issue if you want to enable broadcast input and output for example. You can use any filename, for example 'myvlm.conf"
