I know how to retrieve and save streamed video but whenever I save them it keeps saving it as .ps extension file? How do I convert the file from .ps extension to some else like mp3 or mpeg4?

I tried it. The audio is playing but no video.
Also, what is the profile settings then for (it's below the saving destination section)?
