VOD not working with v1.1.0

Hi,

VOD streaming with the latest version v1.1.0 seems to be not working on my system.

Here are my steps:
1.) Start VLC from command-line.

vlc -vvv --color --vlm-conf="C:\Program Files\VideoLAN\VLC\vlc_vod_config_windows" -I telnet --telnet-password="videolan" --rtsp-host="0.0.0.0:5554"

3.) Since the config file has not been loaded for some reason,(I get this all the time in Windows) I loaded the config file again.

4.) Launched a new instance of VLC.

vlc rtsp://localhost:5554/Test1

5.) VLC pops up and started buffering but the video won't play and it consumed too much CPU resources.

I tried everything on a previous version of VLC and it worked just fine. Is this a problem in the latest version?

partialy fixed in 1.1.1
VLC doesn't freeze anymore, and no more invalid error picture.
But the video is not smooth.

No problem with master (future 1.2).
I will check if I can find more about this.

I got to this page from searching for "main video output error: Invalid picture reference count".

I am on a Power Mac G5 (2.5 GHz Quad Core PowerPC, Mac OS X 10.5.8, all current updates). At my work we have a video streaming service over TCP/IP that allows us to tune into a few dozen cable TV channels using VLC. This service worked fine up through (and including) VLC 1.1.9. As soon as I installed 1.1.10 it all went to Hell. Almost no video, no sound and endless "main video output error: Invalid picture reference count (0x18fdf838, 0)" messages spewed out that caused my syslogd daemon to chew up 100% of the CPU:
