problems with mosaic and vlc 1.0.3

The problem

i execute this command
vlc --color -I telnet --telnet-port=4212 --telnet-password=foo --vlm-conf /usr/local/vlogger/conf/vlm.conf --ttl 12 --fake-file /usr/local/vlogger/tmp/background.png --fake-aspect-ratio 4:3 --mosaic-width 800 --mosaic-height 520 --udp-caching 800 --mosaic-keep-picture --mosaic-rows 4 --mosaic-cols 5 --mosaic-position 1 --mosaic-order 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14,15,16,17,18,19,20

the vlm.conf is
