hi to all; well I have transcode a *mpg video to h264 with "mencoder"(Mplayer), this wiht tha *.avi container; I can see the video from my vlc 0.8.4-test-1 but when I try to put it in the vod enviroment Ihave the next error:

can anyone tell me if you put a video h264 into vod enviroment???...if there are a way to make this??

Another problem is that I can't see the video trancoded from my VLC -0.8.2, I don't know why???

You cannot use H264 video codec with VOD, only MPEG 1/2/4.

dont use

new video_name vod enabled

but

new vdeo_name vod

...

setup video_name enabled


And the H264 contained in the ts video work in vod perfectly !!
