help setting up server multicasting to and unicast

I want to set up a server to multicast to pc's over the internet and to recieve a stream from cameras on those pc's that i have multi cast to. similar to webex. how can I do this?

multicast over internet... I hope that your ISP is your friend! because multicast over internet requires that routers that your packets cross must be multicast-enabled... and IFAIK, most routers over internet are not multicast-enbaled...

where did you read they were using multicast ?? I think they use much more complicated protocols.

This does not mean that you cannot send data from one node to several nodes on the internet. You can stream your webcam using an http server, but streams will be unicast, not multicast.
