h264 waiting for SPS/PPS

I install vlc0.86d on Fedora core8.
I created vod by :

new test_h264 vod
setup test_h264 input /h264.mpg
setup test_h264 enabled

when I played with vlc got ploblem have sound no video (message : packetizer_h264 warning: waiting for SPS/PPS)

I test mpeg2ts just same problem...........

how I do ?....

Known bug.
Try 0.8.6e version.
It's solves some H264 packets problems.
