VLC 1.1.8 download link

I'm trying to download VLC 1.1.8. I want the 7-Zip non-installer download but the Other Systems and Versions doesn't seem to work as it used to. I tried copying the link and pasting it directly into the address bar but it just takes me to the same page.
Am I the only one having this problem?.

That didn'T work for me today, neither every other links on your videolan website! What's going on?
