How do I change the email address associated with my profile

I looked on the board but I can't find where I can change my email notifications. I joined the board using an email that is no longer valid so I won't be getting notifications, which I like. How do I change the email address associated with my name now that I have changed ISPs?

User control panel--->Profile--->Edit Account Setttings--->change email?

Yeah I can't seem to find it either. And no its not

I noticed an Admin had the OP PM him. Apparently you have ask and Admin to change your E-Mail address? I guess you guys are really paranoid about security around here.

Really? is there anyone who's not an Administrator that can't find it under [Control Panel -> (tab) Profile -> Edit account settings -> E-mail address]? I don't think that it's just a Mod/Admin thing.

It is not difficult to change email, you must enter profile and then you can easily change the email.
