Crash cituation -

i am receiving from one end through multicast with

Video codec = mp4v, bitrate = 192
audio codec = mp4a, bitrate = 16

During the conversation the vlc.exe error is coming automatically.

I have taken 1 MBps leased line.
network connectivity 99% coming.
