A Question about redesigning VLC Download page

I've noticed that the ftp mirros links in "VLC for Windows Download Page" are the same for all downloadable file types.
I'm thinking of creating a form with radio buttons or select list to minimise the amount of data on the page.
is it acceptible?

These lists should be kept as is for the time being (we're thinking about having a single link per item and then chosing a random mirror)
