Vodaphone Germany IP addressses blocked

hi,
I just wanted to let you know that this website here gets me a "Your IP address has been blocked by Spamhaus" when I use a german Vodaphone 5G mobile connection.
Since these addresses are assigned dynamically it doesnt make much sense to block these... they are assigned dynamically and this blocking usually hits users without doing any unwanted activity like distributung spam.

To post this I had to create a mobile hotspot with my smartphone using mobile network of the provider O2 / Telefonica

If a whole range has been banned there must have been a very good reason for doing it.
And yes, as usual, the people not doing anything wrong are paying for the misbehaviour of some other ones.
