Redirect link does not work

Hi team,
I get the download link for VLC media player from the web page and it redirects to many mirror links.
Some of them gives timeout or does not work, such as: mirror2.sandyriver.net/pub/software/videolan/vlc/3.0.18/win64/vlc-3.0.18-win64.exe
Moreover, one of the mirror links does not provide https, such as http://mirror.lstn.net/videolan/vlc/3.0 ... -win64.exe
Please help to fix this issue
