VLC Locks Comp on Win2k Prof

Any idea why this happens?

And by locks im talking 100% no mouse movement nothing.
I have to power off every time it locks.

Some times its ok other times it will lock on attempting to even play a video.

what VLC version are you using ?
did you try reseting the preferences ?

ZeroPain - It works perfectly fine here. Could you list your computer specifications and other running applications?

Its running the lateist version.


1.3 Ghz Athlon Processer
NVida TnT 2 Pro
128 MB RAM (Not sure have to check)
Its a Compaq so its funny about somethings.

Ill Update any thing thats wrong when I have more time but thats basicaly it.

No reseting the preferences had no effect.
