Can you add direct links to 64-bit Windows ZIP/7z?

https://www.videolan.org/vlc/download-windows.html offers a 64-bit installer, but no matching Zip/7zip packages, forcing the user to go looking for them in older versions instead, which is both manual and non secure (https://forum.videolan.org/viewtopic.php?t=153334 - this forum blocks links).
