Version 3.0.9.2
On certain sites I can see links to download VLC 3.0.9.2, but on the official site it's still 3.0.8. How come it is like this?

Looks like the site hasn't been updated yet.
It's also still offering v3.2.9 for Android while v3.2.11 is out, and claims it supports Android v2.2 while the minimum required version is v4.4 (KitKat)
