Hello,
Today I attempted to create an account to log in to the troubleshooting forum and the page informs me that my email address had already been registered.
There is no function to allow me to recover my old username. I don't know what it was, and I was forced to resurrect a mostly dead email account that only exists for dumb problems like this.
Further, there is no 'contact us' address on the main page so I could ask for help in another fashion.
Both of these are basic functions that any forum should have.
Can't remember username, and there is no function to recover it.
