I cannot download new version - always get this message:

This site can’t be reached
The webpage at http://mirrors.syringanetworks.net/vide ... -win32.exe might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.

I've tried the mirror sites with same result. Is there a problem - or is it just me?
