Cannot access Forum using Firefox on Ubuntu

Hi,

I can't log into and see the Forum using Firefox v.38.0 on Ubuntu 14.04, in fact, I don't think I was ever able to access the Forum using Firefox on Ubuntu - This has been going on for over a year.

I can access it using Google Chrome on Ubuntu, but I don't like using Google Chrome.

On Firefox, when I load this page "https://forum.videolan.org/" what comes up is a very basic looking page with a white background, and about a dozen links, e.g. Quick links, unanswered posts link, etc.

I remember that some time ago, the page that used to come up had some instructions about problems logging into Forum, and about checking if my computer (or something) was on some sort of list. I don't remember the details, but I checked what it said to do, and couldn't find reason why I couldn't use the Forum with Firefox. I know other users have had similar problems. I was hoping newer versions of Firefox would resolve the problem, but it hasn't.

I can't figure out any solutions for this problem.
Anyhow, can someone please give me permission to access the Forum from Firefox?

Thanks in advance

Just retested - My IP is not blacklisted the 3 sites referenced below:

* http://dnsbl.sorbs.net/
* http://www.dronebl.org/
* http://blogspambl.com/

What should I do now?

that does not mean your ip might not be blocked here.... same problem here when i'm at work because the ip from our company's gtw into the www is blocked too. i can troll the forum at work but not answer
plus try not to upset the forum gods cause you left the post in the wrong forum section....
