I would really like English but the programmers are clever idiots and because I am in Thailand I cannot read the stupid website. I cannot understand why you want to exclude so many people with this sort of stunt. It is actually easier to get the visitors language from their browser but you have to inflict incomprehensible garbage on your visitors because someone thought it would be clever to assume that it is possible to judge a person's spoken language by their location. If you go out into the world, i.e. leave the shelter of the US, you will find that many people are in other locations than their origin. In fact many countries have more then one spoken language. Even in the shelter of the US there are many Spanish speaking people who will be equally put off when it is so completely unnecessary given that there is an easier and more efficient way to do it.

The amount of insults in your comment makes me want to not answer it.

Of course, the website does not change based on the location, but on the preferred language set in your browser... But yeah, it's better to insult people than think and check.
