Where are the forum rules?
There is a bold pronouncement in dark red on a light red background at the top of this forum and repeated on the posting screen I am writing on now as follows:

Unfortunately, I do not see where the forum rules are posted. I did see and read the site rules when I registered for the forum.Forum rules
