Connecting from my IP in the 121.44.0.0/16 range just times out whilst connecting through a transparent proxy/from another ip works fine.
121/8 was allocated to APNIC in January 2006 and is just now starting to be used by Australian ISP's - see http://www.cymru.com/Documents/bogon-list.html http://www.cymru.com/Bogons/ and http://forums.whirlpool.net.au/forum-re ... m?t=324246 for more details.
Not exactly sure where I should be posting this information to as it eventually needs to get to whoever admins that machine so hopefully someone will know who to annoy
