another front page design

view an html/css version here. it's hand-coded and i've only tested it in safari and firefox, so it'll probably be screwed up in msie somehow. but the layout is basic enough, and i could fix any bugs. it's also largely font-size/window-size independent, so try changing the font/window size. i mainly made the page as a proof of concept. here is how it should look:



i only designed that page, but if there's interest, I can design the others.
