Not receiving password reset email from code.videolan.org

I registered my trac.videolan.org account back in 2019, which I just realised has been migrated to code.videolan.org.

However I wasn't able to log into code.videolan.org using my trac.videolan.org credentials. So I tried resetting my password but I'm not receiving password reset emails either.

I'm positive that I've got the right email since I still have trac.videolan.org emails in my mailbox. (And I think I've got the correct password too as I'm using a password manager...)

My code.videolan.org account has the same username. I'd greatly appreciate it if someone can help me recover my account. Thank you.
