new version web unupdated

hi,

when you release a new version and go to the page such as 2.1.2 is out, vlc site doesn't update. shows 2.1.1 as latest. must manually refresh several times as it doesn't fully load when you manually refresh. this happened for 2.1.0/2.1.1 transition too.

site bug fix please :)

No, we're using aggressive caching for a very good reason.
