I come from Luxembourg and at the moment i have a software site (http://www.mysoftware24.de) , The site is under construction. I would like to offer some programs, which the user can downloads. They are hosted on my server.
My question: The program VLC 0.8.6c is on your right , but i wanted to ask their permission, whether I can make this program on my side . If they nevertheless would not like that I this program make available in such a way I it likewise omit this program on the side to set.

Sure, you can offer VLC for download as long as you comply with the terms of the GPL. You should be ok as long as you offer the VLC installer without changing it.
