pocket pc video lan

Hey guys
does anyone know the answer to this one:

i am eager to see how pocket pc works with video lan

i have a ipaq - and have downloaded the latest zipped version to my pc

then what - do i have to install the programme on the ipaq itself - or do i lick on the install from my pc and let it install and find the ipaq - as when i click on the icon at the moment i am getting a win32 error - it says it is not a valid win32 application

can anybody help on this please

if anybody knows how to install to an ipaq i would be vey greatful. Tried allsorts to get it to work. I would really like to use it as my main viewer, thanks in advance
