Any YUV input format can be encoded in VLC?

Postby boku » 23 Mar 2005 02:37

Dear all,
I'm trying VLC to encode YUV raw data.
I got the YUV raw data of video sequence from VQEG.org.
Is there any way to encapsulate YUV raw data so that VLC
can recognize and do the transcoding?

<ps> I found a utility yuv2avi.exe but it seems VLC doesn't
recognize the .avi. However, it can be decoded in VirtualDub.

Thank you!~
