When using vlc on pc with 100mbs network I can watch the channels from my dreamox streamed to the the PC no problem both Video and sound are good. However when i try to watch a movie from the hardisk VLC just hangs and cant find a stream.
If i FTP the TS files to the pc first VLC opens them no problem but as they are all parts you have to start each one in turn.
Can anyone point me in the right direction may just be a VLC setting or give me a idea of a fast TS file joiner.
Using the latest hydra image 120gb hd 100mbs nework.
